Today is finally Thursday too...yeayy
and today we practice buffets so the menu is taken from the Continental breakfast, English Breakfast, America breakfast until Indonesia breakfast
It's really complicated, guys, actually, because this is the first time we make a buffet, But Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly give me applause for our solidarity, ...
And also our team work too, hahaha ...
Anyway, in today's practice it feels really how we work together in making a food menu ... so we also help each other ... so glad to see it hehehe
Today i'll be a part of the Continental Breakfast team and I was also assigned to handle Sliced Fruit ... So I go to the kitchen in the morning and immediately took the melon and watermelon in the chiller and cut it sliced ... until it was finished ... I started helping other friends too, which wasn't finished yet ..
Resto open at 10:00 A.M so after we open all the food is issued to the restaurant and also after all we have been given time to rest and eat then then proceed with general cleaning ..
After all, we continue with preparing some food ingredients and also ice fruit for Friday because every Friday we have a compulsory program, the big cleaning is big and there must be lunch too ... so we prepare for food when tomorrow's general cleaning ...
All finished at 05.00 P.M and Alhamdulillah went smoothly all ..
