DAILY ACTIVITY (English Version) #10

Good morning all ...  ^^

What are your activities today? Me? Of course cooking, hehehe

Oh yaa what do you like to eat? Does anyone like shrimp? because today I will continue my activities yesterday which is making the Shrimp Bisque

Have you seen my blog before yet? Because in my previous blog I explained my activity to prepare to make the Shrimp Bisque and explain what the Shrimp Bisque is ...



So for those of you who haven't seen it, please look at my previous blog first ... There is also a recipe for the Shrimp Bisque too haha, so you can try making Shrimp Bisque in your home ^^ 

Today me and my team as usual, we gather in the kitchen at 7 A.M

After that, we immediately make the Shrimp Bisque, because the Shrimp Bisque will be served during Lunch, so we have to move quickly.

And at 9:00 a.m., the Shrimp Bisque was ready ... it didn't take long because we prepared everything at yesterday 

After everything is finished, start at 11.00 A.M. And after that we also announced the time to rest ... and also the midday prayer ...

My next activity is prepare for the menu that will be served tomorrow ... and incidentally the menu that my team handles is the Main Course namely Fillet of Sole Meuniere, Potatoes Au Gratin and Glazed Root Vegetables ...

We also started dividing it, and I happened to be assigned to handle Glazed Root Vegetables ... Glazed Root Vegetables consisted of carrots, turnip, and sweet potato, all of which were cut and turned

Well this time I will share the recipe from Glazed Root Vegetables




Ingredients :
1,4 kg Carrot
600 gr Sweet Potato
1 kg Turnip
90 gr Butter
60 gr Sugar
To taste Salt




How to make?
1. Trim and peel the carrots, parsnips,and turnips. Tourneed root vegetables are often prepared by this method
2. Place the vegetables in a saucepan with boiling salted water to cover simmer until tender. Drain
3. Heat the butter in a saute pan. Add the vegetables and sprinkle with the sugar. Season to taste with salt. Saute until the vegetables are well glazed
