DAILY ACTIVITY (English Version) #17

Today i will discuss about Japanese cuisine..
Japan is an island country in East Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it lies off the eastern coast of the Asian continent and stretches from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and the Philippine Sea in the south.
and one of the characteristics of Japan is the cartoon and anime

Does anyone know Doraemon? Doraemon is one of the most famous cartoons from Japan
And the favorite food from Doraemon is Dorayaki. yes today I will discuss and explain how to make dorayaki

Dorayaki is included in traditional Japanese cakes (Wagashi). This cake is a slightly translucent round shape, made from 2 pieces of pancakes glued with red peanut butter. Dorayaki has a soft and castella-like texture because the dough is given honey.

And what a coincidence today I will make Dorayaki Yayyy ... Are you curious how to make it ?? Here is the recipe


Ingredients : 
600 gr soft flour 
15 gr baking powder 
120 gr margarine,melted 
6 pcs egg 
90 ml honey 
480 ml fresh milk 
Anko for filling 

How to make : 
1. Strain flour and baking powder 

2. Mixer egg and sugar until smooth and add fresh milk,mix again 
3. Put flour and baking powder in dough and mix well. Then put honey and melted margarine, mix until blended 

4. Heat saute pan and basting with margarine. Take 1 ladle dough and put on the saute pan,make into round (8 cm) 

5. Brown on one side until golden and slightly brown on the other side behind 

6. Let stand until slighlty cool 

7. Take the batter that is cooked and then enter Anko 

Finished and Dorayaki ready to serve💕

MY CROISSANT TEAM Episode 1 

After I finished making Dorayaki ... my team was given the task of making breakfast for tomorrow ... and the breakfast menu was Danish Pastry and Croissants ...
And the drama starts from now ...

When I heard that I was told to make a croissant,honestly my heart is beating a little fast hehe because I actually didn't understand how to make it and this is one of the menus that I want to avoid :) . but then,yes let's try it ...

and something that I feared  it's happened. 
I made a mistake that made my team go home late at night :(

Well my mistake is wrong in measuring one of the ingredients ... that is salt ... this is my first mistake and I regret huhu .. 
if I don't make a mistake, surely we will go home now

I also apologized to my team... and fortunately they could understand it ...
we are equally learning from mistakes

And finally we make together again for the second croissant dough 

But the time has begun to change from afternoon to evening and evening to night ..

After thinking, we finally decided to continue the dough tomorrow in the morning ... and put the dough into the freezer .. so as not to proofing ... Actually I want to finish it tonight but if we finish tonight we might go home late at night

And then we did general cleaning and after that we went home to rest ... because tomorrow we have to come early in the morning at 06.00 AM to continue our croissant dough ...
