#MY CROISSANT TEAM Episode 2
Welcome friends,we are back again to this blog ... yaps. I will share my story today ...
a very hard story for me to tell it hehehe
Today I left early in the morning ... I departed from home at 5:40 a.m and arrived at the kitchen at 6:10 ... of course when I arrived in the kitchen the kitchen must be empty and no one person ... I took the key at the security post and open the kitchen. .
Taraaaa the kitchen is opened and let's start the story here: D
Arriving in my kitchen and 2 of my friends took the croissant dough that had been frozen overnight in the freezer and waited for about 30 minutes until the dough was not frozen and could begin to be formed ... and after the dough had begun to be formed we formed it very carefully once ... but still in anxiety .. and I did not stop being negative thinking for fear of failure again .. my friends did not stop telling me for positive thinking and praying hopefully this time succeed ..
After we finished forming, we started to roast it ...
Now at 08.00 AM ... and breakfast must come out at 09.00 AM
So we are confused and it's impossible if we serve these croissants ... because the shape wasn't good either. Even with anxiety, we start making croissants again from the beginning ... yes from the start. . we know that time is definitely not enough and we make it in a hurry ..
the morning turned into afternoon
Mr. Faishal as our kitchen lecturer also called 4 of us. I, rendy, ayu and also Anjani We started to get nervous and scared, because we failed 3x and this is our 4th trial
And well,we were scolded and insinuated also why croissants haven't finished since yesterday .. Mr. Faishal scolded us because we definitely didn't study before making it not only that,we were also reprimanded about the area of cleanliness on the pastry, it's dirty because of croissants..actually it's not our area that is dirty, but the area of other team that are practicing other menus but then yes ... I can still accept it and try to be strong ... we are still given the opportunity again to make croissants again.
After that we also walked back to the pastry with my head bowed, trying to be patient and also trying to stay strong and uplifted ... I tried to hold back tears as much as possible so as not to cry ... but when I arrived in the pastry I saw 2 of my friends crying .. and unexpectedly my tears also fell together ...ðŸ˜
And we did not want to dissolve in sadness and we together encouraged and rose again
We finally continued the dough which was already 4x trying ... because we always failed and failed again. many friends from other groups helped us ... and made us fail to focus and also confused ... because there were too many recipes and too many Enter input from different friends, and finally our dough failed again :(
The clock showed 4 o'clock and because the croissant had not finished the senior came and helped us to make a croissant for the 5x
Because the kitchen is quiet and also the friends have gone home, we can concentrate more and also make it calm. The dough that is made is good and the dough not break again ... and the four of us are positive thinking that tomorrow will succeed, InsyaAllah...
Night its arrived ... before going home we also put the dough that had been given croissant fat into the freezer so as not to proofing..after that we got ready to go home and rest hoping tomorrow will not fail again 💕
if me i'll choose to be strong and dont give up because failure is also a learning process to get results that are certainly better 😘
