#MY CROISSANT TEAM Episode 3 

Yes, still like yesterday I arrived at the kitchen around 6 AM

And of course the kitchen it's still empty and I took the key at the security post and opened the kitchen as usual ...

Like yesterday I and my friend took the croissant dough in the freezer and let it stand for a moment at room temperature. after the dough was a little soft we started rolling and continued by folding it, but the problem reappeared..we panicked because we saw some parts of the dough were torn. because we were confused I finally asked with one of my seniors and my seniors gave me advice and tips on making croissants and finally we began to understand and try to stay calm and continue again. The dough goes back into the chiller ... and after 30 minutes the dough is removed again ..

After the dough was removed from the freezer, we also asked for help from our friends for rolling the croissant ... but there was another mistake ... my friend folded it again and made the croissant crushed and melted when baked huhuhu

At noon,we were called back by Mr. Faishal again ..

Anxious, scared, worried, anxious, upset that we felt at that time ㅋㅋㅋ

we began to walk slowly with the results of our croissants ... Alhamdulillah today Mr. Faishal is not angry anymore, and we were told to repeat our dough again .. Shame? yes,because it failed continuously ... but yeah what else can we do we are also studying. with this failure we know what is right and what is wrong.. 

btw this is how we have already repeated for the 7th, guys:D

Because it failed so I gave a new idea and strategy, we made croissants with 3 different recipes ... I and Anjani made from our senior recipe, then Ayu made from the recipe in the book Proffesional Cooking and rendy using a recipe from one Our other seniors are training at hotels ...

And guess who the results of croissants are good??? 

yes, my croissant with Anjani hehehe ..

Alhamdulillah ... me and my friend were very happy because the strategy we planned was successful yayy💕

Then we showed back the results of our croissants to Mr.Faishal ... jeng jeng jeng what happened?

yeah

"WE'RE GOING TO RETURN BACK TOMORROW"
