Today this morning in Monday,11 February 2019 i'm practice again with new material
its a BREAKFAST..
What is Breakfast??
Breakfast is the first meal of day
Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day,providing as it does sustenance and energy for whatever activities lay ahead.
Breakfast have a 4 kinds its a Continental,English, America and Indonesia..
-Continental breakfast consits of coffe and tea,preserves,apple & pineapple juice,hard roll,soft roll
-English breakfast consits of coffe and tea,preserves,tomato & carrot juice,english muffin,muffin,porridge oat and cereal
-America breakfast consits of coffe and tea,preserves,meat,egg dishes,croissant,danish,juice
-Indonesia buffet consits of coffe and tea,mie goreng,ayam goreng,
And today my team its prepare for English Breakfast. because i'm just prepare coffe and tea so i help my friend to prepare another like a muffin, after all its done we continue with general cleaning and back to home 💕💕
Recipe of Mufin
1200 gr pastry flour
600 gr sugar
72 gr baking powder
15 gr salt
360 gr eggs, beaten
840 gr milk
30 gr vanilla extract
480 gr melted butter or shortening
How to make?
1. Sift together the dry ingredients
2. Combine all liquid ingredients, including melted fat or oil
3. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix just until all the flour is moistened. The batter will look lumpy. Do not over mix
4. Pan and bake immediately. The dry and liquid mixtures may be prepared in advance. Once they are combined, the batter should be baked without delay, or loss of volume may result. When portioning batter into muffin tins, be careful not to stir the mix and toughen it. Scoop the batter from the outside edge for best results.
